Power for the electronics components of the enclosure is supplied from an on-board power source (battery) and from an external power source via a port. A thermoelectric cooler, operating in conjunction with a gel pack, cools the electronic device. A first surface of the gel pack is disposed in contact with or proximate the thermoelectric cooler and a second surface of the gel pack is in contact with or proximate the electronic device.
