    Abstract: A system and processes for using the system to create a survey of a population for improvement in performance around a select set of categories is described. In the preferred embodiment, the process and questions are shown as applied to an educational environment. The system uses past data to refine the questions included in a survey and activities selected to have an impact in changing survey results in subsequent survey. The system includes a computerized database of survey questions and activities that are sorted through predictive equations to be most effective as a function of the demographics of the surveyed population.
