The redemption of the promotional content may be tracked such that a source or provider of the promotional content may be identified and associated with the promotional content at the point of redemption. Requests to redeem promotional content may be verified by comparing information received at the point of redemption with information previously stored in association with providing promotional content to a user device seeking to redeem the promotional content. Such information may include a unique identifier for the promotional content, a unique identifier for the user device, and a unique identifier for the source of the promotional content. Information associated with historical redemptions of promotional content may be analyzed to target user devices and/or sources of the promotional content for receiving future distributions of the promotional content.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing mobile promotional transactions that are combined with the payment processes to provide integrated solutions for a single transaction event at a transaction device (POS device). According to one embodiment, a method may be provided to operate and receive a request to process a transaction and a promotional code for a reward in a single transaction. In some aspects, the promotional code may be received by a mobile device based at least in part on an event outcome indicator. Additionally, the method may be operable to determine or receive that the promotional code is valid and determine or receive a value associated with the promotional code. Further, the method also be operable to apply a discount to the transaction value, in some examples, based at least in part on the value associated with the promotional code.
