  • Patent number: 8186139
Abstract: A rotary mower with a plurality of cutting blades is provided. The deck comprises two longitudinal baffles that direct grass clippings to the rear of the mower. The longitudinal baffles, in conjunction with right and left side blade guards, form three channels. A cutting blade is disposed within each channel. A lift frame assembly comprises swiveling linkages that allow rotation of the deck with respect to the trailer hitch.

  • Patent number: 8181711
Abstract: A tiller with a removable tine rotor is provided. The tiller comprises a cavity formed by a top deck and end plates. The end plates comprise rotating spindles rotatably attached to the end plates. A gearbox translates rotation from a tractor to one of the rotating spindles. A tine rotor extends between the spindles and rotates to till soil. The tine rotor is releasably connected to the spindles within the cavity, such that the tine rotor is removable from the tiller without disassembly of the end plates.

  • Publication number: 20120061987
Abstract: A trailer has a rear gate that is closeable in a generally vertical orientation and openable in one of three orientations: the gate swings downwardly open to be used as a ramp; swings open to the left side, rotating around left hinges; and swings open to the right side, rotating around right hinges. Removal of pins from an upper left and upper right set of hinges enables rotation of the gate in the downward position. Removal of pins from the upper left and lower left set of hinges enables rotation of the gate in the right position. Removal of pins from the upper right and lower right set of hinges enables rotation of the gate in the left position. Removal of all of the pins allows the gate to be completely removed from the trailer.

  • Publication number: 20120048624
Abstract: An auger for digging holes in soil is coupled to a gearbox and powered by the power take-off of a tractor. The auger comprises a shaft with a cutting head disposed near its bottom end. The cutting head comprises a plurality of cutting (i.e. digging) blades that cut into soil. Flighting disposed above the cutting head moves and lightens soil, but the flighting does not extend far above the cutting head. The majority of the shaft is free from protrusions that may ensnare a user of the auger during use.

  • Publication number: 20110297405
Abstract: A tractor-based box blade is used to move and condition soil. The box blade has a plurality of rippers, which are forwardly- and downwardly-extending shanks terminating in relatively narrow teeth that extend into the ground. Each ripper is deployable to extend into the ground independent of the other rippers, and each ripper is stowable away from the ground independent of the other rippers. At least one scraping blade is disposed behind the rippers for smoothing soil.

  • Publication number: 20110192620
Abstract: An apparatus for stabilizing at least two lift arms on a tractor of the present disclosure has a center plate disposed below the power take-off of the tractor. A plurality of angled legs connect to and extend downwardly from the lift arms and adjustably connect to the center plate. A space is formed by the angled legs to allow for connection of an implement to the PTO of the tractor.

  • Publication number: 20110100508
Abstract: A stump cutter comprising a cutting head that rotates about a generally vertical axis is provided. The cutting head comprises a plurality of cutting blades that are angled with respect to a backing plate of the cutting head. At least two of the plurality of cutting blades are further angled radially with respect to a center of the cutting head, such that the centermost edges of the cutting blades extend further into a stump than the outermost edges of the cutting blades. The stump cutter is powered solely by the PTO of a tractor.

  • Publication number: 20110001034
Abstract: A support stand for an implement such as a tiller is provided. During use of the implement when the implement is connected to a tractor, the support stand is in a stowed position adjacent to a side of the implement. When the implement is disconnected from the tractor, the support stand is rotatable outwards from the side of the implement and frontwards toward the front of the implement and rests against the ground to maintain the implement in a generally upright position.
