    Abstract: Compositions and methods featuring, in one aspect, an enzyme assay in which one of a pair of enzymes is immobilized on an insoluble support, and brought into contact with a solution containing the other enzyme of the pair and the substrates of both enzymes. The enzymes catalyze reactions between the substrates, and one or more products of the last such reaction are measured.
