Abstract: A belt clip apparatus is provided that attaches to a case for a portable electronic device (e.g., a music player, video player, cell phone, etc.) that both swivels and pivots on two different axes. Such a clip can attach to an article of clothing and allow the user to view the screen and access the controls of an electronic device without having to first remove the device from the article of clothing. In one embodiment, the apparatus can stand on a flat surface in either an angled portrait or landscape orientation when attached to the case, thereby allowing the user to choose the optimal orientation for accessing the controls or viewing a screen on a portable device mounted within the attached case. The angle formed between the case and the belt clip can be varied so that the user can optimize the viewing angle of the attached portable electronic device.

Abstract: The present invention provides tetra-amine chelator conjugates with biological targeting moieties, linked via a linker group and technetium complexes thereof as radiopharmaceuticals. The linker group is such that the chelator is mono-functionalised at the bridgehead position and provides both flexibility and a lack or aryl groups, to minimise lipophilicity and steric hulk. Protected versions of the chelators are provided which permit conjugation with a wide range of targeting molecules without interfering reactions with the amine nitrogens of the tetra-amine chelator. Syntheses of the functionalised chelators are described, together with bifunctional chelate precursors. Radiopharmaceutical compositions comprising the technetium metal complexes of the invention are described, together with non-radioactive kits for the preparation of such radiopharmaceuticals.

Abstract: Universal serial bus (USB) hubs that are attachably stackable in at least two orientations with another identical hub so that a user may select the orientation of multiple USB ports. Embodiments include a housing having a first side region containing downstream USB ports and an upstream USB port or cable, and hubs may be stackable in a manner in which hubs align and interlock in first and second orientations with different side regions of the upper hub above a particular side region of the lower hub. Some embodiments have a translucent cover, an LED status indicator, feet or tabs, and slots.

Abstract: A holder, electrical supply, and optional radio frequency transmitter unit to hold, supply power to, and receive a data signal from an operating electronic device when the device (e.g., MP3 player) is held in the unit is disclosed. Electrical power enters the unit's power acquisition portion (e.g., cigarette lighter adapter) from an external source and flows to the electronic device via the holder. A data signal from the electronic device is processed by an radio frequency transmitter in the unit, and the resulting radio frequency signal is broadcast by an antenna (e.g., gooseneck) that preferably forms a repositionable mechanical connection between the holder and the power acquisition unit.

The clamping mechanism comprises an annular portion (111) having an outside surface (114), an inside surface (115) that forms a perimeter of a cavity (118) interior to the annular portion, a first terminus (116), and a second terminus (117) disposed opposite the first terminus. The first terminus and the second terminus define a gap (151) between them. Abstract: The present invention provides a formulation which may be utilized in agricultural practice that is eco-friendly and effective as plant growth promotion agent, soil improvement agent, bactericide and insecticide agent, disease and harmful insect prevention agent, and is suitable for organic farming. The formulation of the present invention is comprised of a Morinda citrifolia product or extract. The formulation of the present invention may be applied to fruit vegetables, leafy vegetables, root vegetables, grains as well as flowers and shrubs, increasing the amount of yield and extending freshness period after harvest. Further, the present invention relates to antifungal and antibacterial activity of processed Morinda citrifolia products, as well as from various fractions of extracts from these processed products and the Morinda citrifolia L. plant, and related methods to determine mean inhibitory concentrations.

Abstract: A safety mechanism capable of blocking an opening to an electrical connection in an electrical outlet includes a safety barrier coupled to the electrical outlet at a pivot point and a biasing member adjacent to the safety barrier. The safety barrier is rotatable between a first position, in which the safety barrier blocks the opening, and a second position, in which the safety barrier does not block the opening. The biasing member biases the safety barrier toward the first position. In the same or another embodiment of the invention, the safety mechanism forms a part of one or more electrical outlets contained in an electrical product.
