  • Publication number: 20240080352
Abstract: A server operates between a customer and a subscriber to store data associated with the customer and data comprising media content associated with the subscriber. The server is configured to receive from the customer a request for content associated with products or services provided by the subscriber. The request is triggered by scanning a code by a user device operated by the customer. The request causes the server to retrieve customer information from data storage operated by the server. Based on the retrieved customer information and the request for content from the customer, the server retrieves personalized data associated with the subscriber. The personalized data comprises the media content associated with the subscriber that is tailored based on customer preferences stored in the server.

  • Patent number: 11765216
Abstract: A server operates between a patron (user), a subscriber (e.g., owner of a venue of exhibits and its website; museum, stadium, zoo, theme park, etc.), and possibly third parties such as a content distribution network (CDN). Access and content delivery are based on 1) control information provided to a patron device by physical objects at the venue and sent by the patron device to the server as part of a mutual authentication to one another, 2) user-specific information corresponding to the patron device, and 3) a pre-authorization exchange granting user-device access to physical objects and the server with the server receiving access to the user-specific information in order to locate requested information and select a subset thereof adapted in accordance with the user information. Moving physically between exhibits, a patron device rapidly disengages and re-engages the server, based thereon, without repeated logins.

  • Publication number: 20210047054
Abstract: A method of fuelling an aircraft for a flight to a predetermined destination in which the aircraft is loaded, the actual zero fuel weight of the loaded aircraft is determined, the fuel requirement of the loaded aircraft for that destination is calculated by fuel calculation software on the basis of operational flight plan data, said actual zero fuel weight, and further data relevant to fuel consumption for that instance of the flight to the predetermined destination, said further data being processed interactively by the user by means of a user interface to said fuel calculation software, and subsequently fuel to meet said fuel requirement is uplifted to the aircraft under the control of said user.

  • Publication number: 20200370986
Abstract: A method and system for determining and implementing weight distribution of payload on an aircraft for optimizing centre of gravity of the aircraft by providing an individual weight factor for each passenger and/or crew member and their respective hand luggage and allocating at least a portion of the passengers and/or crew members seats according to the effect of passenger and/or crew member's positions on the aircraft on centre of gravity position provides advantages in determining accurately cabin payload data and cabin payload distribution for optimum fuel efficiency of an aircraft on a flight. Thus, fuel may be saved and carbon dioxide emissions may be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20200349058
Abstract: A system and method for utilizing metadata of a client computer in form of transactions and/or software operations (e.g., actions) in an enterprise system hosted by a host entity, such as in a cloud environment for testing the software operations is disclosed. The host entity stores metadata (e.g., response time, delay, processing time, usage) about the transactions in a database for the client computer system's actions. The host entity then uses the stored metadata to automatically generate a test script based on actual user interactions with the software operations of the enterprise resource planning system for specific data range and environment in order to test functionality of a plurality of software operations in the enterprise resource planning systems being operated by users of the client computers.
