Abstract: Provided herein are novel CLDN6 binding domains, and anti-CLDN6×anti-CD3 antibodies that include such CLDN6 binding domains. Also provided herein are methods of using such antibodies for the treatment of CLDN6-associated cancers.

Abstract: A deal manager executing on computer hardware receives a discount offer proposal from a first consumer. The deal manager forwards the discount offer proposal to one or more retail suppliers. The discount offer can include proposed terms such as a conditional modification to an original retail price of a respective retail item offered for sale by the supplier. In response to receiving, from the supplier, acceptance of terms as specified by the discount offer proposal, the deal manager or other suitable resource initiates distribution of terms associated with the approved discount offer to the first consumer and/or a second consumer. The second consumer can be one of multiple consumers to which the approved discount offer is distributed. Accordingly, consumers can propose deals that are, in turn, used by other consumers.

Abstract: A simulation platform for early evaluation of the performance of a cdma2000 radio access network uses a generic network simulator as the core simulation engine. The simulation platform includes a mobile device simulation module configured to simulate communications between mobile devices and radio access networks, and a network application simulation module configured to simulate network application functionality. In one embodiment, the network simulation engine, mobile device simulation module and the network application simulation module are linked to emulate end-to-end network communications.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for evaluating an effect of a simulated communication network to media data. The method includes encoding media data to produce a plurality of packets, each packet being associated with a packet index number, a packet size and a packet transmission time. The packet index number, packet size and packet transmission time for each of the plurality of packets can be input to a communication network simulator to create trace packets corresponding to the plurality of packets. The communication network simulator output indicates at least one effect of the simulated communication network to input trace packets.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for monitoring vehicular traffic congestion through the use of inter-vehicle communication and traffic chain counters. Data packets including counter, vehicle identification, direction, location, and speed information are transmitted between vehicles via short-range wireless communications. A receiving vehicle edits a data packet if the data packet reflects that the receiving vehicle has not yet edited the packet and is traveling in substantially the same direction as the vehicle which transmitted the packet to the receiving vehicle. If a receiving vehicle is the last vehicle to edit a packet, the receiving vehicle transmits a reporting packet to a traffic monitoring server via long-range wireless communications.

Abstract: Rubber charge roller cores are coated with styrene acrylic powder. Excess powder is removed, and the rollers are used in normal operation without the usual permanent outer layer. The more complex and costly outer layer of nylon is eliminated. Dust resulting from normal operation replaces the original powder coating.

Abstract: An exercise device for strengthening the muscles and ligaments of the feet, legs and lower torso. The device comprises a platform element, front and rear securing straps, a footbed and a tractive sole. The rear securing straps are attached substantially below the upper level of the platform element, helping to preclude inadvertent egress from the device while in use. The front securing straps are for substantially securing the forward portion of the foot to the device. In a preferred embodiment, the exercise device comprises a longitudinal upper strap, a radial lower strap and a mid strap for maintaining the foot securely in the exercise device.

Abstract: Presented is a portable catapult device for hurling a succession of simulated baseballs for the purpose of affording novices in the game of baseball an opportunity to swing at the simulated baseball to thereby increase their proficiency at batting. The device includes a base on which is mounted a carriage that is reciprocable by engagement with an endless chain, and a sling mounted on the base through use of elastic bands selectively connected to and disconnected from one end of the reciprocable carriage so that the elastic bands are stretched a predetermined amount and when released carry a ball-impelling member that engages the ball and impels the ball from the device at a predetermined velocity and in a predetermined trajectory that carries the ball toward the batter.
