Abstract: Exemplary methods of etching a silicon-containing material may include flowing a first fluorine-containing precursor into a remote plasma region of a semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include flowing a sulfur-containing precursor into the remote plasma region of the semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include forming a plasma within the remote plasma region to generate plasma effluents of the first fluorine-containing precursor and the sulfur-containing precursor. The methods may include flowing the plasma effluents into a processing region of the semiconductor processing chamber. A substrate may be positioned within the processing region. The substrate may include a trench formed through stacked layers including alternating layers of silicon nitride and silicon oxide. • Publication number: 20240079440
Abstract: A multispectral sensing device includes a first die, including silicon, which is patterned to define a first array of sensor elements, which output first electrical signals in response to optical radiation that is incident on the device in a band of wavelengths less than 1000 nm that is incident on the front side of the first die. A second die has its first side bonded to the back side of the first die and includes a photosensitive material and is patterned to define a second array of sensor elements, which output second electrical signals in response to the optical radiation that is incident on the device in a second band of wavelengths greater than 1000 nm that passes through the first die and is incident on the first side of the second die. Readout circuitry reads the first electrical signals and the second electrical signals serially out of the device.

Abstract: A comb adjustment assembly for a beard trimmer includes a guide collar, a first adjusting connector, and an adjustor handle threadably coupled to the first adjusting connector. The first adjusting connector includes an extension arm, a connector coupled to the extension arm and configured to connect with an external structure. A guide collar aperture is formed in the guide collar, and the extension arm penetrates through the guide collar aperture. When the guide collar is in a fixed state, the adjustor handle is rotated, and the extension arm moves through the guide collar aperture. After the comb adjustment assembly is coupled to the beard trimmer in the present disclosure, the height of the comb unit may be regulated, and a user can adjust the hair cutting length by accurately regulating the extending length of the comb unit.

  • Patent number: 9955001
Abstract: In an example, a mobile device is configured to automatically lock when a detector, such as a GPS receiver, determines that the device is in motion above a certain speed threshold, such as 10 mph. Additional detectors may be used to determine whether the device is operated by the user or by a passenger, so that intelligent decisions can be made about whether to lock the device. During the lock, certain selected apps such as a GPS navigation system or music player may be enabled, with limited controls as appropriate. In some cases, hands-free operations may be available. The mobile device may also be configured to provide an automated response to incoming calls and messages.

  • Publication number: 20140227504
Abstract: A metalized yarn includes at least one man-made fiber material and at least one metal powder. The man-made fiber material is transformed into a slurry to which the metal powder is then introduced. The slurry is subsequently forced and elongated so as to form the metalized yarn. The metal powder is distributed throughout and embedded within the man-made fiber material but not present on the surface of the metalized yarn so that the metalized yarn has appearance and color indistinguishable from regular yarns and is classified under HTSUS 5605.00.9000.
