  • Patent number: 12260940
Abstract: Healthcare object (HCO) discriminator systems and methods are presented. Systems can obtain a digital representation of a scene via a sensor interface. An HCO discriminator platform analyzes the digital representation to discriminate objects within the scene as being associated with a type of HCO or as being unrelated to a type of HCO. Once the HCO recognition platform determines that a type of HCO is relevant, it instantiates an actual HCO. The HCO can be routed to one or more destinations based on routing rules generated from a template or based on the manner in which the objects in the scene were discriminated.

  • Publication number: 20240347135
Abstract: Methods for analyzing omics data and using the omics data to determine genetic distances and/or difference scores among a plurality of biological samples to so further determine the homogeneity of a group having a plurality of biological samples and/or exclude an individual biological sample from a group of biological samples as an outlier are presented. In preferred methods, a plurality of local differential string sets among the plurality of sequence strings is generated using a plurality of local alignments. The local different string is an indicative of genetic difference between one sequence string and one of the rests of the sequence strings among the plurality of sequence strings. From the plurality of local differential string sets, a plurality of difference scores among the plurality of sequence strings can be determined.

  • Patent number: 12040052
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for evaluating and/or predicting the outcome of a clinical condition, such as cancer, metastasis, AIDS, autism, Alzheimer's, and/or Parkinson's disorder. The methods can also be used to monitor and track changes in a patient's DNA and/or RNA during and following a clinical treatment regime. The methods may also be used to evaluate protein and/or metabolite levels that correlate with such clinical conditions. The methods are also of use to ascertain the probability outcome for a patient's particular prognosis.

  • Publication number: 20240079108
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods of identifying homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) in omics data, comprising generating a mutational spectrum from omics data; and using the mutational spectrum in a trained model to identify HRD. Further disclosed herein are methods of treating a tumor that has HRD score indicating significant HRD events, comprising: obtaining omics data from a tumor sample and generating a mutational spectrum from omics data; using the mutational spectrum in a trained model to identify HRD in the omics data from the tumor sample; identifying the cancer as likely responsive to treatment with a PARP inhibitor upon determination of HRD; and administering a PARP inhibitor treatment for the tumor upon determination of a high HRD score.

  • Publication number: 20240079089
Abstract: Systems and methods for prediction of the treatment outcome for immune therapy are presented in which omics data of a patient tumor sample are used. Most typically, the omics data are processed to identify mutational signatures (especially APOBEC/POLE signatures), immune checkpoint expression, and MSI status as leading indicators to predict the treatment outcome for immune therapy. Such prediction advantageously integrates various parameters that would otherwise, when individually considered, skew prediction outcome.

  • Publication number: 20230326544
Abstract: A method of preparing a vaccine includes providing an immune epitope database; providing a neural network; receiving data corresponding to at least one protein into the neural network; receiving data corresponding to one or more candidate peptides corresponding to potential cleavage products of the at least one protein, or determining, using the neural network, data corresponding to one or more candidate peptides corresponding to potential cleavage products of the at least one protein; calculating, using the neural network, a probability of cleavage of the protein to result in each of the one or more candidate peptides; and outputting a signal corresponding to the calculated probability. An architecture having two channel output, i.e., output of a C-terminal cleavage and an N-terminal cleavage, is described. Related devices, apparatuses, systems, techniques, articles and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are also described.
