  • Publication number: 20260238577
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for synchronizing content output across multiple output devices. A first computing device may receive information associated with output of content by a plurality of output devices. The first computing device may determine a target latency for the plurality of output devices based on the received information by assigning the plurality of output devices into at least two latency groups based on the information associated with output of content associated with each output device and determining a target latency for each latency group. The first computing device may transmit, to at least one output device of the plurality of output devices, an indication of the target latency corresponding to the latency group of the at least one output device. The first computing device may cause the at least one output device to adjust an output speed of the content.

  • Publication number: 20260081963
Abstract: Client devices in a content delivery network may send requests for content to upstream devices along with one or more parameters that indicate, as an example, client-device-related conditions or constraints, such as available buffer space or buffer starvation time. These parameters may be used by the upstream devices to prioritize content requests according to a prioritization schedule to ensure requested content is timely delivered to the appropriate client device(s) at the appropriate time to prevent playback failure, stalls, etc.
