Abstract: A control device for fan state includes fan connectors arranged on a substrate and connected with at least one fan. The substrate and the fan are arranged in a case of a computer. The substrate is provided with at least one communication port, at least one microphone and a microcontroller. The communication port receives temperature signals transmitted by the computer. The microphone receives volume signals within the case. A microcontroller is electrically connected with the fan connectors, the communication port and the microphone. After the microcontroller receives the temperature signal and the volume signal, the microcontroller uses them to determine whether a value of the temperature signal or the volume signal is larger than its given value. If the answer is yes, the microcontroller controls a rotational speed of the fan, turns off the fan, or provides control items displayed on a screen of the computer to choose.

The first metal cover is penetrated with a plurality of openings, and a side of the first metal cover is recessed to form a notch. The first metal cover covers the circuit board. The notch exposes the central processor, the power supply module and the I/O ports, and the openings expose the slots, the chip set, the storage devices and the connectors. The second metal cover is arranged on the circuit board to shield the I/O ports.

While the user presses down the handle, the metallic buckle actuates the plate member to rotate above the base, and let the-bolts be inserted into the second through-hole of the base and the first through-hole of the case, whereby the bayonet bolts are mounted to the case. While the user lifts up the handle, the bolts are withdrawn from the first through-hole and the second through-hole, whereby the bolts are dismounted from the case.

Thereby, every HDD frame is utilized efficiently. The user can further detach or interchange the HDD frames to fully utilize the space of the desktop case. Therefore, the present invention provides much flexibility for users to assemble the HDD frames and promotes the space efficiency of the desktop case.
