    Abstract: There is provided an emulsifier composition comprising (a) a blend consisting essentially of a polyoxyethylene (EO)/polyoxypropylene (PO) block copolymer which contains 10-40% EO, and where the molecular weight of the PO hydrophobe is about 500-6000; anionic surfactants; and a solvent; (b) a blend consisting essentially of a polyoxyethylene (EO)/polyoxypropylene (PO) block copolymer which contains 50-80% EO, and where the molecular weight of the PO hydrophobe is about 500-6000; anionic surfactants; and a solvent; and (c) a butyl ether of an EO/PO block copolymer.
