The functional component includes an acoustically insulating surface such that a portion of the functional component is detachably attached to the outer panel and the functional component is positioned proximal to the air exchange port. The acoustically insulating surface of the functional component and the outer panel define an airflow passage between the at least one air exchange port and the cabin.
