  • Patent number: 11673146
Abstract: A washing apparatus comprises a screening apparatus having a first screening deck located below a second screening deck, wherein the first screening deck passes material that is larger than the material passed by the second screening deck. A liquid delivery system delivers liquid onto the first screening deck to wash material on the first deck. Material that passes through the first deck is conveyed upwards and delivered onto the second deck for dewatering. The apparatus is able to wash and dewater aggregate material in a single unit with a relatively small footprint and relatively high throughput.

  • Publication number: 20210379630
Abstract: A washing apparatus comprises a tank in which rotatable, bladed shafts are located. The tank has a closable lower outlet located at a first end of the tank, and an upper outlet located at the first end of the tank, the upper outlet being higher than the lower outlet. A further outlet is located at a second end or between the first and second ends. The tank is disposed at an inclined angle such that the first end of the tank is lower than the second end of the tank, and is movable between a first inclined state in which the inclined angle is relatively shallow, and a second inclined state in which the inclined angle is relatively steep. The apparatus is able to perform the tasks of either a log washer or coarse material washer depending on the angle of inclination.

  • Publication number: 20160114334
Abstract: A material processing apparatus comprising a plurality of interconnectable modules, each module comprising a frame and at least one material processing device, for example a hydraulic classifier, and at least one ancillary component, for example a hydrocyclone, carried by and located within the frame. The frame is shaped and dimensioned to define a peripheral boundary of the module, the material processing device(s) and ancillary component(s) being located within the peripheral boundary. When the apparatus is being stored or transported it can be disassembled into a plurality of modules that have components contained within the boundary defined by the frame, i.e. not projecting outside of the frame boundary. This facilitates storage and transport in shipping containers.
