    Abstract: A carbonic acid gas or a nitrogen gas is dissolved into a polyurethane material. The thus prepare polyurethane material is injected into a cavity of a mold which is formed around the periphery of a glass panel 2 to mold integrally with the glass panel 2 a resin molded member 3 made of a foam of the polyurethane. Each amount of the carbonic acid gas and the nitrogen gas dissolved in the polyurethane material is adjusted so as to set the specific gravity of the resin molded member 3 to fall in the range between 0.60 and 0.90, both inclusive.
