Abstract: A system, process and computer software is disclosed for electronically accessing financial terms related to the acquisition of a vehicle by a purchaser, including contact information, original vehicle information, and the settlement amount. This system may electronically accesses used vehicle valuations, including an estimate for a vehicle similar to the vehicle included with the financial terms. The system may automatically correlate the financial terms to the used vehicle valuations. The system may determine the value-difference between the financial terms of the original vehicle and a new vehicle. The system may transmit a message to the purchaser to communicate that the purchaser can replace the original vehicle with a new vehicle.
