    Abstract: A fishing float comprises a buoyant body having a water-tight chamber and an electronic means therewithin to attract fish. A integrated circuit device with at least one fish attracting sound recorded on it is housed within the water-tight chamber and is operably connected to a speaker and an electrical power source. Upon activation, the fishing float emits the fish attracting sounds such as natural insect sounds within its general vicinity to attract fish.
