Abstract: A wearable device in the form of a ring, band, or necklace includes a receiver portion with a pressure sensitive mechanism that receives user input in the form of applied pressure to modify a parameter of a smart device. The wearable device also includes a control component that implements an alarm system. The alarm system includes a sensor in communication with an electronic device and is configured to send a notification to the display of the electronic device when activated. The control component receives the user input from the receiver portion and transmits it to the smart device to modify the parameter accordingly.

Abstract: A trawl system component includes T90 netting and a first seam formed of a first netting panel attached to a second netting panel with the first seam having a seam ratio of less than one. The first netting panel is selected from a group consisting of: i) T0 meshes; and ii) T90 meshes having a mesh size of 160 mm or less. The second netting panel is T90 netting having a mesh size of 160 mm or less. The stretch measure of the second panel's netting has a lesser horizontal value than the horizontal stretch measure of the first panel's netting. The first panel is situated forward of the first seam, and the second panel is situated aft thereof. The trawl system component also third netting panel secured into the trawl system component by a third seam that is located further aft in the component from the location of the first seam.
