At least one pair of left and right outer gliders and at least one pair of left and right inner gliders may be pivotally mounted on the apparatus frame, the inner gliders arranged inside the outer gliders. The outer gliders and the inner gliders may be independently positional between an outwardly extended position and an inwardly retracted position. A weight rack may be provided on the apparatus frame and may be connected to the outer gliders and the inner gliders through a cable and pulley system. The weight rack may be selectively connectable to the inner and outer gliders.
