Abstract: A system and method for developing optimized cargo transportation solutions. The system may include a number of different modules (programs) that may be executed individually, or in series when an exemplary system includes the programs operating sequentially. Input to the programs may be obtained from the shipment files of an entity for whom a transportation solution is being created. The output of one program may act as at least a partial input to the next program when the programs are executed sequentially. One or more of the programs may employ optimization procedures such as ant colony optimization procedures and/or local improvement heuristics. The systems and methods are provided to determine a most cost effective shipping solution for given cargo.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for determining whether a portion of an auto-generated prescription product order is eligible for replenishment at a reduced price, such as a 340B price, and if so determined, partitioning the order to replenish the portion of the order at the reduced price. The number of 340B accumulations accrued by a contract pharmacy on behalf of a covered entity may be determined, and a prescription product order may be partitioned into an order for those items that can be replenished at the 340B price based on the number of 340B accumulations and an order for the remaining items purchased at a higher price such as a WAC price.

Abstract: A method and system for a scheduled communication system and location of sensor method and system. A plurality of sensors are enabled to communicate to a central hub or communications center. Each of the sensors may be given a defined time slot in which to communicate. A routing table may be used to define the time slots for each of the sensors. Each of the sensors will be able to connect to a base station. The base station is enabled to update each of the wireless sensors. The update will be accomplished via a wireless network. A portable device, such as a smart phone or similar specialized device, is utilized to hone in on the location of each particular sensor. The device is used to locate particular sensors. Sensor placement may be provided through indicators of signal quality and estimated battery life dependent on location of the sensor.
