  • Patent number: 11159079
Abstract: This patent describes a three-phased reluctance motor (10) of stepper type with six coils placed in six slots (151-156) in a stator (5), n*6 teeth (7) in rotor (5) where n is an integer equal to or larger than 3, typically 8-16 and were the teeth (18) in stator (4) are shifted unsymmetrical so the motor (10) can produce torque at every angle between rotor (5) and stator (4).

  • Patent number: 9285055
Abstract: A self lock mechanism for rotating actuators, which allow rotation from one side while deny rotation from the other side, comprising sets of rollers arranged between a housing and a valve connection part, configured with a special shape to cause locking if the mechanism is attempted twisted from the valve side, a motor connection part to press rollers out of locking position and release the locking before the motor connection part makes contact with the valve connection part and start transferring torque. The rollers may be separated and kept in place by a wing on the valve connection part or by springs.

  • Publication number: 20160049841
Abstract: The present publication relates to one or more coils for axial flux PM-motor according to the description where the coil(s) are made up of coil elements of lap type with slots where the coil element is manufactured by casting, or a combination off milling or punching and water cutting or wire cutting or similar. It is also made slots 101 for the connector which connects each coil element.

  • Publication number: 20150349590
Abstract: This publication relates to a coil slot for 6 poled CVRM with 60 degrees angle between the centre of the slots. The slot have a shape so the two planes through centre of the first layer of coil wires wound into two adjacent slots are parallel and that the bottom of the slot has a length so all wires in the first layer touch each other and that the sides walls of the slot has an angle of 60 degrees to the bottom so there is one extra wire in each new wire layer and that the side walls go over to top walls which are perpendicular to the bottom of the slot and that the outer top wall is extended all the way to the centre of the slot where the chamber against the outer top wall for the next coil is smaller than the wire radius and that the inner top wall of two adjacent slots are collinear and that the extension of the inner top walls are outside the inner radius of the teeth and that the outer top walls are collinear.

  • Publication number: 20140070638
Abstract: This patent describes a coil assembly for a three phased permanent magnet (PM) iron free axial flux multi disc electric machine. The coil assembly is assembled from coil elements (15) made of flat wire (9), and then machined so they can be assembled into a flat disk. The coil elements (15) can further be inserted into a frame (22), and the coil elements (15) can be connected by wires (29) which do not cross each other.

  • Publication number: 20090058201
Abstract: Method for transforming energy in a reciprocating electric machine, particularly a motor or generator. An electrically operated linear movable piston oscillates between two springs. The energy in the springs is at least five times larger than the energy transferred between the piston and the electrical system for each cycle of the machine. A reciprocating electric machine comprises a linear movable piston 15, which is arranged in a tubular cylinder 11 to operate as a working element. It is provided with magnetic elements, which establish an outwardly directed electrical field of force, which is effective towards a surrounding row of tubular, coils 22. At each end of the cylinder 11 is formed a spring which forms a resonance-effective arrangement. The interaction between the magnetic fields of the coils 22 and the magnetic elements 16, respectively, obtain energy transmission between the coils and the piston 15.
