  • Publication number: 20060273110
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for a safety enclosure for an aerosol device that includes an overlying cap coupled to a base cap. There is also a tab on the overlying cap that prevents rotation of the overlying cap with respect to the base cap and keeps the caps locked and the underlying aerosol spray device in an inoperative position. When use of the aerosol spray device is desired, the tab is ripped away. The two caps may be rotated to either align or mis-align the openings on the caps to permit or prevent user actuation of the spray device.
    Type: Application
    Filed: June 2, 2005
    Publication date: December 7, 2006
Inventors: Mike Jacobs, Chris Heatley, Nancy Heatley, Jon Larson

  • Publication number: 20050198860
Abstract: An anti-slip overshoe includes a contoured outer band, a gripping pad disposed interior to the contoured outer band for providing traction, and a web structure connecting the gripping pad to the contoured outer band. The gripping pad can include gripping ridges for providing traction. The gripping pad can include ridge spaces for providing traction. The gripping pad can include removable grip devices for providing traction. A method of making an ant-slip overshoe includes providing a contoured outer band, providing a gripping pad disposed interior to the contoured outer band, and providing a web structure connecting the gripping pad to the contoured outer band.

  • Publication number: 20030220249
Abstract: The application is related to the field of nucleic acids with identified utility, and more particularly, to genes, related nucleic acids, their complements, polypeptides, and methods of using the same for blood vessel, cartilage, and bone formation, as well as inhibition thereof. The application describes discoveries made using the zebrafish embryo technique, as well as other techniques that are described herein. The discoveries include genes, related nucleic acids, and their complements, as well as sequences, polypeptides, other molecules, and methods for using them, e.g., TDE1, PTV, MOESIN, and HKE4. Also described are polypeptide products, inhibition of expression, administration of materials and products, screening procedures, and techniques for making drugs. Moreover, uses of these discoveries in appropriate contexts are set forth.
