The platform portion is disposed below the platform mount while the support portion is coupled to the platform mount in a first deployed position that is outside of the outer top boat perimeter. The platform portion is disposed above the platform mount while the support portion is coupled to the platform mount in a second deployed position that is outside of the outer top boat perimeter.
