  • Publication number: 20260088424
Abstract: A battery mounting system closely interacts with the hold down features of a specified battery to secure the battery nearly anywhere in a vehicle. The battery mount prevents excessive battery movement—reducing impact shock and vibration to the battery. The battery mount allows multiple batteries to be mounted closer to each other without occupying too much space in a vehicle. The battery mount can be secured with a locking feature, thus preventing theft, and specifies the correct battery group size to use when replacing the battery. The battery mount may also feature brand identity to encourage brand loyalty whenever the battery needs to be replaced. The battery mount may include a branded anti-slip inlay that conceals mounting hardware—creating a clean installation and resulting in an anti-theft battery mounting solution.

  • Publication number: 20260088430
Abstract: A battery cover assembly for protecting and locking a vehicle battery. The battery cover assembly prevents theft of the battery, creates no fitment problems with existing OEM battery compartments, is relatively inexpensive to manufacture, reduces the risk of short-circuiting; covers unattractive battery markings on the battery, protects the battery from harsh chemicals; and assists with the attenuation of vibrations and shocks that could harm the battery.

  • Publication number: 20260051592
Abstract: An integrated battery and shock and vibration barrier isolates its battery from shocks and vibrations and achieves a natural frequency of less than 10 Hz. The integrated battery and shock and vibration barrier has no fitment problems and doesn't require volume-reducing modifications to the battery. The integrated battery and shock and vibration barrier is equipped with securement features that interact with the existing hold down structures in OEM battery holders and includes prominent features that inform consumers of the unique qualities of the battery.

  • Patent number: 9573656
Abstract: A hydrofoil having an integrated yoke-bridge to preclude expansion of the channel defined by the yoke when the hydrofoil is secured to the cavitation plate. The single piece hydrofoil is secured to the cavitation by lateral screws passing through the hydrofoil and engaging the side of the cavitation plate. Additionally, one or two holes are optionally drilled through the single piece hydrofoil and through the cavitation plate followed by insertion of bolts passing through the hydrofoil and the cavitation plate.

  • Patent number: 8312831
Abstract: A hydrofoil boat stabilizer having a cross-sectional area with the configuration of a true hydrofoil is provided. The hydrofoil includes a slip-on yoke designed to compressively fit on a cavitation plate of a boat motor lower drive unit. The wings of the hydrofoil include at least one angle of attack, and preferably, a plurality of angles of attack. The hydrofoil is shaped to reduced drag and minimize cavitation. A low-drag surface is included on at least a portion of the outer surface of the hydrofoil.
