Abstract: The present invention is directed to isolated thraustochytrid microorganisms as well as strains and mutants thereof. The invention is further directed to biomasses, microbial oils, compositions, cultures, methods of producing microbial oils, and methods of using the isolated thraustochytrids, biomasses, and microbial oils.

Abstract: A computer-based method for automatically evaluating validity and extent of at least one damaged object from image data, comprising: (a) receiving image data comprising one or more images of at least one damaged object; (b) processing said one or more images using an image alteration detection algorithm to detect fraudulent manipulation of said one or more images by classifying at least one attribute of said one or more images; (c) removing any image comprising fraudulent manipulation from said one or more images; (d) processing said one or more images using at least one machine learning algorithm to identify at least one of: a damaged object in any one of said one or more images a damaged area of said damaged object, and an extent of damage of said at least one damaged area; and (e) generating a predictive analysis to repair and/or replace said at least one damaged object.

Abstract: A removably attachable stabilizer holding bag which can be attached to a stabilizer bar of a ladder having a bag body, an attachment mechanism disposed on the top side of the bag body, and a shoulder strap attached to the attachment mechanism. The bag body is a hollow rectangular structure, the attachment mechanism is defined primarily by a fitted collar and attachment straps which engage ladder stabilizer bars. The shoulder strap is adapted to allow the stabilizer holding bag to be supported by a user's shoulder. This structure allows the stabilizer holding bag to hold tools and materials, be carried up and down a ladder without the use of hands, and be mounted on a ladder stabilizer bar for ease of access at the top of a ladder by a user.

The shank extends from the bridge section to the handle. Preferably, the nail-pulling section defines a nail-head-receiving cavity accessible from the rear with nail-body-receiving upper and lower slots leading thereto. In the preferred embodiment, the nail pulling section comprises a segmented top wall, a segmented bottom wall and side walls that define the cavity. The nail pulling section and nail striking section preferably include base surfaces that are substantially flat and aligned in a common plane. The sides of the shank extend downward from the bridge section at a direction substantially orthogonal to this common plane to realize a T-square that can be used for orthogonal line marking. The shank preferably includes other features that are used for measurement and marking.
