  • Patent number: 9331259
Abstract: An intrinsic piezoelectric transformer circuit a piezoelectric transformer circuit is provided that has a primary side component including first and second electrodes, a secondary side component including first and second electrodes, and at least one tertiary component including first and second electrodes. A power bridge is provided which includes one or more switches, each switch has a gate terminal that is directly connected to the second electrode of the tertiary component of the piezoelectric transformer. The first electrode of the tertiary component of the piezoelectric transformer is connected to a reference for the one or more switches of the power bridge. The first electrode of the primary component of the piezoelectric transformer is electrically connected to a power bridge output and the second electrode of the primary component of the piezoelectric transformer is connected to a ground terminal.

  • Patent number: 7159905
Abstract: A material feed hose has a multilayered hose with an inflow end, an intermediate length, and an outflow end. The hose has an an armored crush-resistant outer layer and a heating layer disposed between an inner layer and an intermediate insulating layer. A pair of hollow tubular fittings have a beveled inflow to limit the amount of material which is out of the flow path as the material moves through the hose. The fittings have an associated pair of hose clamps.

  • Patent number: 7125235
Abstract: A pressurized, plate-heated die system has a distribution plate. A material feed tube is coupled to a material feed aperture in the die. The die has a U-shaped shim, a first insulator dielectric plate with a temperature sensor there in and a heating element. The die has a second insulator dielectric plate and an end plate. A plurality of bolts couple the components of the die. A method of constructing the die renders the components easily disassembled, cleaned and assembled.

  • Patent number: 7036291
Abstract: An output supply assembly has a horizontal base receiving a container of a flowable material. A platen is positionable in the container. A pump feeds the pressurized flowable material from the container. A dispensing and handling assembly has two film-forming dies of similar configuration. A pair of hoses is provided between the output supply assembly and the dispensing and handling assembly. A control assembly couples the output supply assembly and the dispensing and handling assembly. Flowable material is fed through the assembly to form film. A pair of film-movers are beneath the film-forming dies. A pair of rotary dies are beneath the film-movers. An injector is located above the film-movers for periodic dispensing of particulate material. Containers are formed upon the solidification of the flowable material moving between the dies.

  • Patent number: 7037085
Abstract: A dual gear, single outlet material pump includes a base plate, a lower gear plate and two associated gears, a spacer plate, an idler shaft, a drive shaft, an upper drive gear, and an upper gear plate. An upper idler gear is housed within a tri-lobed aperture of an upper gear plate. A plurality of screw holes are through a top plate. A plurality of heating plates are coupled to the sides of the assembled pump and a plurality of temperature sensors are coupled to the recesses in the spacer plate. An outlet manifold couples with each of the outlets of the lower gear plate and the upper gear plate to form a single outlet. The method of construction produces an easily disassembled, cleaned, and re-assembled pump.

A pump feeds the flowable material from the container. A dispensing and handling assembly is provided. The dispensing and handling assembly includes two film-forming dies of similar configuration. Flowable material may be fed through the assembly to form film. A pair of film-movers are beneath the film-forming dies. A pair of cohesion dies are provided beneath the film-movers. An injector is located above the film-movers. In this manner the periodic dispensing of particulate material is allowed. Containers are formed upon the solidification of the flowable material moving between the cohesion dies. A pair of hoses is provided between the output supply assembly and the dispensing and handling assembly. A control assembly couples the output supply assembly and the dispensing and handling assembly.
