  • Publication number: 20240112846
Abstract: A multi-transformer assembly includes a first transformer having a first core and a first set of windings, a second transformer having a second core and a second set of windings, and a heatsink positioned between the first core and the second core. The heatsink includes a first side and a second side. The first side of the heatsink is opposite the second side of the heatsink, and thermally coupled to the first core and the first set of windings. The first side is thermally coupled to the first core and the first set of windings by a first thermal conductor. The second side is thermally coupled to the second core and the second set of windings. The second side is thermally coupled to the second core and the second set of windings by a second thermal conductor.

  • Publication number: 20230406903
Abstract: A nucleic acid construct for targeting and integrating a CD3 zeta-deficient chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) fragment into an endogenous CD3 zeta/CD247 gene of a host genome. Also disclosed is a genetically modified human cell expressing an exogenous nucleic acid sequence encoding a CD3 zeta deficient CAR fragment, integrated in-frame into the endogenous CD3 zeta/CD247 gene for gene fusion, to form a functional CAR including an exogenous CAR fragment fused with an endogenous CD3 zeta domain.

  • Patent number: 11760277
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle body part of a motor vehicle having at least one frame component and at least one trim part which is arranged thereon, wherein the trim part has at least one cutout which is closed off in an essentially airtight and watertight fashion and has at least one solar cell which is arranged therein and has the purpose of generating electrical energy, and wherein the outer side of the trim part has, at least in a region adjacent to the at least one solar cell, an outer shape which is curved three-dimensionally and which is provided for forming a part of the external contour of the motor vehicle in the installed position on said motor vehicle. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a method for producing a vehicle body part.
