  • Patent number: 9377466
Abstract: A molecular tool for use in a method of providing a molecule that is capable of binding a target molecule based on a set of polypeptides. A polypeptide having a sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs 1-32. The polypeptide may be used in a method of screening for a ligand-polypeptide conjugate capable of binding a target molecule for the ligand. A ligand-polypeptide conjugate, useful e.g. in therapy.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 6, 2011
Date of Patent: June 28, 2016
    Assignee: Modpro AB
Inventors: Lars Baltzer, Adam Slosarczyk, Jonas Bergquist, Anders Virtanen
  • Publication number: 20140093900
Abstract: Concentrations of endogenous steroids in ovarian follicular fluid are used to develop steroid profiles which provide means for the diagnosis and prognosis of endocrine-related conditions and for identifying and developing appropriate treatments for related conditions, including the identification and development of suitable protocols for in vitro fertilization (IVF), treatment and predictive strategies for successful IVF outcomes and selected uses of oocytes for IVF or embryonic stem cell procedures.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 6, 2013
    Publication date: April 3, 2014
Inventors: Mark M. Kushnir, Jonas Bergquist, Tord Naessen

  • Patent number: 8188424
Abstract: In an ion mobility spectrometer, ions are generated, mobility-separated and deposited on a receiver, preferably at spatially separated positions by soft landing or crash landing techniques. The ion mobility spectrometer can be a stand-alone instrument or part of a hybrid analysis instrument. To analyze the deposited ions, the receiver is removed from the vacuum system of the ion mobility spectrometer and introduced into an analytical instrument. Various physical, chemical, and biological analysis techniques and instrumentation can be used, such as mass spectrometry or surface analytical techniques, by selecting a special receiver suitable for the desired analytical technique.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 17, 2006
Date of Patent: May 29, 2012
    Assignee: Bruker Daltonik GmbH
