Publication number: 20240095503Abstract: Extreme but plausible system scenarios related to a system are generated using generative neural networks. Evaluation change events for multiple data categories in the system are determined for repeated time intervals over a time period to produce training data, and one or more training data sets are determined based on the training data. An iterative process includes processing noise associated with multiple random variables by a first neural network of a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) to produce generated input data; processing by a second neural network of the GAN the generated input data and the one or more training data sets to produce a loss value; and modifying the first and second neural networks based on the loss value. The iterative process repeats until the loss value reaches a convergence value resulting in a trained first neural network of the GAN. The trained first neural network generates evaluation change events for the multiple data categories to produce generated change events.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 31, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Inventors: Johan BERGENUDD, Carl Jonas GUSTAFSSON, Conrad JONSSON

Publication number: 20230268752Abstract: An electrical pulse generating device is disclosed which comprises a switching unit configured such that the electrical conductivity of a current path through the switching unit is controllable by transmission of a modulated digital drive signal to the switching unit, whereby the switching unit is controllably switchable between different operational states thereof based on the digital drive signal. A shape of the electrical pulse created by the discharge of the electrical energy storage module is at least in part governed by the modulation of the digital drive signal. The modulated digital drive signal is generated based on a selected electrical pulse shape.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 14, 2021Publication date: August 24, 2023Applicant: ScandiNova Systems ABInventor: Jonas GUSTAFSSON

Patent number: 11433849Abstract: A knee airbag module comprising a housing (10) and a knee airbag is described. A first section of the knee airbag following from its first end is rolled into a first direction of rotation when the knee airbag is in its stowed state. In order to optimise the knee airbag for a mounting situation in which a gap is present between the vehicle rearward end of the housing and the lower end of the instrument panel, a second section of the knee airbag following the first section is rolled in a second direction of rotation, contrariwise to the first direction rotation, such that the stowed knee airbag comprises an at least partially rolled package comprising the first section being rolled to a first roll section (50) and the second section being rolled to a second roll section (52).Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2018Date of Patent: September 6, 2022Assignee: Autoliv Development ABInventors: Patrik Ivarsson, Jonas Gustafsson, Henrik Balague

Patent number: 7069165Abstract: The invention refers to single-ended test of a loop with the aid of a transceiver, wherein an input impedance (Zin(ƒ)) of the loop is generated. The transceiver has a digital part, a codec and an analog part and is connected to the loop. With the aid of a transmitted and a reflected broadband signal (vin, vout) an echo transfer function Hecho(ƒ)=V(f)out/Vin(f) is generated, which also can be expressed as H echo ? ( f ) = H ? ? ( f ) ? Z in ? ( f ) + Z h0 ? ( f ) Z in ? ( f ) + Z hyb ? ( f ) . Here Zh0(ƒ), Zhyb(ƒ) and H?(ƒ) are model values for the transceiver. In a calibration process a test transceiver, with the same type of hardware as the transceiver, is connected to known impedances, replacing the loop. Hecho(ƒ)=V(f)out/Vin(f) is generated for the known impedances and the model values are generated and are stored in a memory in the transceiver.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2004Date of Patent: June 27, 2006Assignee: Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ)Inventors: Jonas Gustafsson Rosenberg, Fredrik Lindqvist, Adam Wiå, Antoni Fertner, Axel Frank Jensen, Per Ola Börjesson, Per Ödling
