  • Patent number: 11964080
Abstract: An air treatment system (1) arranged for treating polluted air (Apol) at least by means of an air particle filter, and wherein said air treatment system comprises an air treatment unit placed upstream of the air particle filter and being arranged for directing a sub-flow (Asub) of the polluted air (Apol) through said air treatment unit (2) and for subjecting the sub-flow (Asub) to a photooxidation process. The photooxidation process in the air treatment unit (2) is so efficient that the overall concentration of gas-pollution of the combined air flow Acorn is significantly reduced whereby large volumes of polluted air can be treated in a fast, inexpensive and effective manner.

  • Publication number: 20230233726
Abstract: The present invention relates to an air treatment system (1) comprising a sterilization unit (2) arranged for producing ozone, a photooxidation unit (3) arranged for subjecting an air flow to a photooxidation process, and a control unit (4) arranged for in a first operational mode directing an air flow through the sterilization unit (2), and in a second operational mode directing an air flow through the photooxidation unit (3). By providing an air treatment system (1) which can operate in two different modes i.e. in a photooxidation or a sterilization mode, it is possible to specifically remove the undesirable pollutants in the air, e.g.

  • Publication number: 20220065471
Abstract: The present invention relates to an air treatment method and a system (1a-1f) arranged for treating an air flow (3) to be entered into a semiconductor clean room. Said air flow (3) comprises at least one vapour phase compound, and wherein the air flow (3) is subjected to at least one first treatment process arranged for reducing the concentration of the at least one vapour phase compound in the treated air flow below a predefined threshold, and wherein said first treatment process comprises subjecting the air flow to at least one photooxidation step.

  • Patent number: 8123327
Abstract: In one embodiment, a distance that a target moves is calculated utilizing an optical sensor. A first temperature of a first portion of the optical sensor is measured at the time of the distance calculation. A second temperature of a second portion of the optical sensor is measured at the time of the distance calculation. The distance is adjusted by a compensation factor that is a function of the first and second temperatures.

  • Patent number: 7808277
Abstract: A bidirectional signal separation module includes a comparator having a first input node communicatively coupled to a bidirectional single-ended bus, a second input node communicatively coupled to a first voltage source, and an output node communicatively coupled to a unidirectional data transmission node; and a resistive network having a first node communicatively coupled to the second voltage source, a second node communicatively coupled to the bidirectional single-ended bus, a third node communicatively coupled to ground, and a fourth node communicatively coupled to an electronic switch. The electronic switch is configured to alternately couple the fourth node of the resistive network to the second voltage source or ground according to a voltage level on a unidirectional data receiving node.
