Abstract: A flange valve to deter entry of rodents and pests, insertable on existing devices, comprising a unidirectional swinging door attached on an inner wall of a frame, the door and the inner wall of the frame having a clearance between them of a dimension not allowing entry of rodents and pests. The design of the frame is catered to the desire of the user and may be a laterally protruding ring having a central circular opening and openings along the edges for the insertion of bolts or screws; a laterally protruding ring on one peripheral edge of an open cylindrical body; a cap having a flat top with a central circular opening and openings for the insertion of bolts and screws; a conduit; or a wax free toilet bowl gasket, a toilet flange or a wax ring used in the installation of toilet bowls.

Abstract: A vehicular system including a vehicle mounted electronic device including user and device interfaces, an electronic media storage device including user and device physical interfaces and a signal processor. In combination the signal processor is operationally situated between the vehicle mounted electronic device and the electronic media storage device. The devices are interconnected and the vehicle mounted electronic device is configured to display at least a portion of the electronic media storage device user interface data and emulate a portion of the electronic media storage device functionality.

Abstract: A cradle including a main body with an opening for allowing a cable to go through and a cavity having an opening on a slanted bottom wall and supporting means for accommodating a portable device. A circuit board assembly supplies power, receives and transmits signals from the portable device to an external transmitting receiver device on a vehicle. A bottom lid may be used for enclosing the circuit board underneath the main body. Accessory adjusters can be placed on the main body to accommodate the different types and models of portable devices. This cradle is mounted or molded on an opening at a desired part of the vehicle to provided a seamless integration of the cradle, that is, without the presence of visible wires at the interior of the vehicle.
