Patent number: 11769163Abstract: Examples of service call-ahead systems and methods are disclosed. In one example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, a service order management system includes a processing device, a servicer device, and a memory device. The service order management system is enabled at least to prompt a servicer to modify an initial estimated time of arrival (ETA) and notify a customer of the modified ETA of a servicer at a service destination. Prompting the servicer to modify the initial ETA enables the processing device to notify the customer of the modified ETA, which is more accurate than the initial ETA. Other service call-ahead and notification techniques are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 2015Date of Patent: September 26, 2023Assignee: RXO Last Mile, Inc.Inventors: Karl Meyer, Jonathan Turner

Patent number: 11669799Abstract: A notification system comprising a service order management system and a plurality of servicer devices. The service order management system comprises a service status receiving module and an estimated time of arrival (ETA) module. The service status receiving module is configured to receive information from a plurality of servicers. The information includes starting locations, service destinations and arrival times of the services performed by each servicer. The service status receiving module is configured to record the information. The ETA module is configured to calculate an initial ETA based on at least a portion of the recorded information. Each servicer device includes a service application. Each service application is configured to automatically receive the ETA from the service order management system and automatically display an en route notification interface on the servicer device when it is determined that the initial ETA is within an ETA notification window.Type: GrantFiled: August 16, 2019Date of Patent: June 6, 2023Assignee: RXO Last Mile, Inc.Inventors: Karl Meyer, Jonathan Turner

Publication number: 20220155694Abstract: A method, computer program and associated apparatuses for metrology. The method includes determining whether a substrate or substrate portion is subject to a process effect. The method includes: obtaining inspection data including a plurality of sets of measurement data associated with a structure on the substrate or portion thereof (for example measurement pupils); and obtaining fingerprint data describing a spatial variation of a parameter of interest. An iterative mapping of the inspection data to the fingerprint data is performed. Whether the structure is subject to a process effect is based on a degree to which the iterative mapping converges on a solution.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 17, 2020Publication date: May 19, 2022Applicant: ASML NETHERLANDS B.V.Inventors: Paul Jonathan TURNER, Anagnostis TSIATMAS

Patent number: 10955744Abstract: A method of determining a parameter of a pattern transfer process and device manufacturing methods are disclosed. In one arrangement, a method includes obtaining a detected representation of radiation redirected by a structure. The structure is a structure formed by applying a pattern processing to a pattern transferred to an earlier formed structure by a pattern transfer process. The pattern processing is such as to remove one or more selected regions in a horizontal plane of the earlier formed structure to form a pattern in the horizontal plane. The pattern is defined by a unit cell that is mirror symmetric with respect to an axis of mirror symmetry. An asymmetry in the detected representation is determined. The determined asymmetry in the detected representation is used to determine a parameter of the pattern transfer process.Type: GrantFiled: August 10, 2018Date of Patent: March 23, 2021Assignee: ASML Netherlands B.V.Inventors: Koen Van Witteveen, Wei-Chun Wang, Paul Jonathan Turner, Elliott Gerard McNamara, Giacomo Miceli
