    Abstract: An onboard oxygen system for aircraft includes an oxygen source, a regulator connected to the oxygen source, and an oxygen mask connected to the regulator. The oxygen source is stored in a cavity in a passenger seat armrest. The oxygen mask is stored in a mask storage compartment attached to the armrest. The oxygen mask is deployed for use through an opening in the mask storage compartment.
