Abstract: A watch includes a case having a body and removable back panel for receiving a timepiece. The watch includes a clamp assembly having a grip member movably engaging support structure secured to the back panel for movement of the grip member between an open clamp position and a closed clamp position. The clamp assembly may include a jaw clip having a clip arm pivotably connected to a pair of trunnion supports. Alternatively, the clamp assembly may include a lanyard clamp housing defining an interior and a piston slidably contained in the housing interior. The piston includes a transverse opening positioned for alignment with opposite openings formed in the housing.
