    Abstract: An offshore marine structure particularly adapted for use in tidal waters, which structure includes a steel jacket capable of supporting an operating equipment deck. A boat landing or stage is attached to the jacket after installation of the latter at an offshore site. The boat landing can thereby be guidably and vertically positioned above the water's mean surface level by adjustment along a tracking member prior to being affixed in place on the structure.
