  • Patent number: 11924189
Abstract: Embodiments as disclosed provide systems and methods that use a local authenticator within a domain to provide a credential to access a resource of the domain to a non-local requestor. When a request is received from a non-local requestor at the domain the non-local requestor can be authenticated based on the request. The local authenticator can then be accessed to obtain a credential. This credential may be the same type of credential provided to members of the domain when they authenticate using the local authenticator. The credential is provided to the non-local requestor so the non-local requestor can access the resource of the domain using the credential and authentication of the non-local requestor with respect to these accesses can be accomplished using the local domain authenticator and the credential.

  • Publication number: 20240073191
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managed file transfer. A managed file transfer server may receive a request from a sender to send a file (bulk data) to a recipient and may determine a location server that is closest to the location of the recipient. A server-to-server transfer can be automatically initiated to move the file to the location server that is closest to the location of the recipient.

  • Publication number: 20240012900
Abstract: Embodiments as disclosed herein may provide systems and methods for component integration and security. In particular, in one embodiment, a native component that presents a network based interface may be on a device, where that native component may expose a network based interface for access by other components. This native component can then be accessed through the network based interface. To address security concerns and other issues, the native component may be configured to determine if a received request is associated with the same user space and only respond to requests originating from the same user space.

  • Publication number: 20230409600
Abstract: An orchestration platform leverages an in-memory database for guaranteed synchronous processing of requests from origin devices. The in-memory database is created on a per-transaction basis and localized to a synchronous orchestration engine, which is a part of an orchestration platform. The in-memory database is serialized and stored in memory. To update the in-memory database, the in-memory database is deserialized and one or more database operations can be performed on the in-memory database. The updated in-memory database is communicated to a return to caller service which deserializes and extracts data from the updated in-memory database. The data is stored in a disk-based database that is accessible by an asynchronous orchestration engine. At this point, the updated in-memory database no longer exists.

  • Publication number: 20230203769
Abstract: A cold weather surface maintenance vehicle can include a housing at least partially surrounding an engine and defining at least one vent oriented to emit air from within the housing toward a user positioned on the user support structure. A controller of a maintenance vehicle can restrict or reduce a speed of an engine in response to temperature, operation of a hydraulic attachment, or operator position. A controller of a maintenance vehicle can control operation of a dispensing mechanism of a flowable material distribution device with the controller based on a position of a traction control of the maintenance vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230040969
Abstract: A system and methods for assessing an environment are disclosed. A method includes causing a robot to transmit data to first and second user devices, causing the robot to execute a first action, and, responsive to a second instruction, causing the robot to execute a second action. At least one user device is outside the environment of the robot. At least one action includes recording a video of at least a portion of the environment, displaying the video in real time on both user devices, and storing the video on a cloud-based network. The other action includes determining a first physical location of the robot, determining a desired second physical location of the robot, and propelling the robot from the first location to the second location. Determining the desired second location is responsive to detecting a touch on a touchscreen video feed displaying the video in real time.

  • Publication number: 20220337680
Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for data transfer are presented herein. Specifically, embodiments of such a data transfer methodology may utilize one or more transmission channels for the transmission of the data to be transferred. In addition, a control channel in a different protocol than the transmission channels may be utilized to transmit control information between the sender and recipient. The rate at which data is sent on the transmission channels may be adjusted or the transmission of data on the transmission channel prioritized.
