  • Patent number: 11941064
Abstract: A legal spend management solution is described herein, a solution that utilizes improved machine learning algorithms to match lines of a legal invoice to lines in a receipt from a set of receipts. The matching uses cosine similarity algorithms and Levenshtein distances to determine whether there is a match between the receipt and the invoice lines. The machine learning results are displayed using a novel set of icons that present the confidence score with a set of three squares below a document icon.

  • Patent number: 11943936
Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a first resistive random access memory (RRAM) resistor, and a second RRAM resistor. The first resistor includes a first resistive material layer, a first electrode shared by the second resistor, and a second electrode. The second resistor includes the first electrode, a second resistive material layer, and a third electrode. The first electrode is electrically coupled to the first transistor.

  • Publication number: 20190031544
Abstract: Devices are provided herein for the purification of free flowing or semi-free flowing bodies of water by removing impurities, such as nitrates. In one or more implementations, the impurity-removing device includes a cylindrically shaped housing that is open on both ends and defining an inner cavity. A cap is disposed at one opening at one end of the housing, the cap having multiple openings placed through the cap and being sized and shaped to fit the opening at the end of the housing. The impurity-removing device also includes a collection strip on an outer surface of the housing that is colored, sized and shaped to collect heat or energy from the environment, and an impurity-removing medium contained within the inner cavity.

  • Patent number: 8028909
Abstract: An imaging system with in-field image quality testing and reporting features, includes a housing, and a solid-state imager having an array of image sensors supported by the housing for capturing return light from a target located in a range of working distances from the housing in an image capture mode of operation, and for capturing return light from a test pattern positioned at a predetermined position in the range of working distances in a test mode of operation different from the image capture mode. An electrical signal indicative of the captured return light is generated in each mode. A memory is supported by the housing for storing a test program for testing image quality.
