  • Publication number: 20240127651
Abstract: A key can be configured for interfacing with a dispenser in a commercial facility, the key can include a body and key hardware configured to unlock the dispenser. A beacon device can be incorporated into the body and configured to transmit beacon data including an identity of the beacon device. The key can be used for maintenance of commercial facilities by maintenance personnel, wherein the commercial facilities include consumable product dispensers that require periodic refill. Maintenance can include interfacing a receiver device incorporated in a product dispenser with a beacon device incorporated into a key configured to unlock the product dispenser, interfacing the receiver device with a server system to transmit the identity of the beacon device to the server system, and identifying, by the server system, an identity of a maintenance personnel that unlocks the product dispenser based at least in part on the identity of the beacon device.

  • Publication number: 20230298711
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for logging incontinence information. The method can include detecting, by one or more computing devices, a user input describing incontinence information; updating, by the one or more computing devices and in response to detecting the user input, a private log based at least in part on the incontinence information; determining, by the one or more computing devices and after updating the private log, a performance metric based at least in part on comparing the private log with a current plan; and providing, by the one or more computing devices, a progress notification based at least in part on the performance metric.

  • Publication number: 20220400909
Abstract: A dispensing system can include a dispenser. The dispenser can include a dispenser housing configured to hold a supply of substrate. The dispensing system can include an actuation mechanism configured to provide a length of substrate as a tissue product. The dispensing system can be configured to produce and dispense tissue products of more than one variant. The more than one variant of tissue products can be distinguished from one another by at least one characteristic of the tissue products. The dispensing system can be configured to dispense a tissue product of a particular variant of the more than one variant of tissue products based on input independent of user interaction with the dispensing system.

  • Patent number: 11141327
Abstract: A system for intervening in an absorbent article change process by a user to improve the experience of the absorbent article change process is disclosed. The system can include a memory device, an auditory capture mechanism, and a processor. The memory device can be configured to store an absorbent article acoustic signature model. The absorbent article acoustic signature model can be indicative of a potential change of the absorbent article. The processor can be configured to analyze a captured potential use sound profile in relation to the absorbent article acoustic signature model and to interpret the first qualifying match in view of at least one environmental input. The system can be configured to selectively generate a first output based on the first qualifying match and the at least one environmental input. The first output can be recognizable by the user through visual, audible, or olfactory senses.

  • Patent number: 11055672
Abstract: Systems and methods for processing signals from sensors associated with disposable products are provided. Signals indicative of disposable product consumption and an available quantity of disposable products can be processed. Data associated with the signals can be communicated to an assessment module. The data can include location information associated with the disposable product consumption and available quantity of disposable products. The assessment module can estimate disposable product usage for different locations based on the data. The assessment module can provide notifications of inventory status for the different locations based on the estimated disposable product usage.

  • Patent number: 10915862
Abstract: A system for documenting product usage of a product is disclosed. The system can include a memory device configured to store an acoustic signature model. The acoustic signature model can be representative of an acoustic profile of the product emitted during use of the product. The system can also include an auditory capture mechanism and a processor. The auditory capture mechanism can be configured to monitor a product use environment for a potential use sound profile and capture the potential use sound profile. The processor can be configured to analyze the captured potential use sound profile in relation to the acoustic signature model and to signal a qualifying match when the captured potential use sound profile meets the acoustic signature model. The system can be configured to document a product usage when the processor signals the qualifying match.
