Abstract: A bag rack and method of using the same is disclosed. The presently disclosed bag rack may include a bag rack that is formed of a base assembly and a hanger assembly on which multiple storage bags may be hung. A method of using the presently disclosed bag rack may include, but is not limited to, the steps of hanging the storage bags on the bag rack, opening the frontmost storage bag, holding open or proping open the storage bag using a bag hooking mechanism, placing the food item(s) or any other types of item(s) into the storage bag, removing the bag hooking mechanism, if used, closing the storage bag, and removing the filled storage bag from the bag rack.

Abstract: A tamper-evident bag seal and tamper-evident bags and methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, the tamper-evident bag seal may be a paper or paperboard panel that folds over the handles of an existing bag and is secured to the sides of the bag. The tamper-evident bag seal includes a perforated fold, seam, or line along that is the mechanism for opening the bag and wherein the perforated fold, seam, or line is also the tamper-evident feature of the bag. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident bag includes a sealable flap for securing the bag in the closed state. In another embodiment, the tamper-evident bag includes a tear-away strip along the sealable flap that is the mechanism for opening the bag and wherein the tear-away strip is also the tamper-evident feature of the bag.

Abstract: A food carton including a one or more removable closure flaps. In various embodiments the food carton may include a bottom panel; side panels extending about a periphery of the bottom panel; corner gussets extending between adjacent side panels, wherein the bottom panel, side panels, and corner gussets may be configurable to form a compartment region; and one or more closure flaps extending from an uppermost edge of one or more of the side panels forming a moveable joint where the closure flap and corresponding side panel intersect, wherein one or more of the one or more closure flaps may be removable along its respective moveable joint.

Abstract: A carton with a removable lid, the carton may include a floor panel; a plurality of side panels extending about a periphery of the bottom panel. The one or more of the side panels may include one or more tabs extending from an upper edge thereof. The carton may further include foldable corner gussets extending between adjacent side panels. The bottom panel, side panels, and foldable corner gussets may be configurable to form a compartment region; and a removable lid. The removable lid may include a lid panel and one or more slots formed in the lid panel, wherein the lid panel may be configured to cover the compartment region, and wherein the one or more slots may be sized, shaped, and positioned such that when the removable lid is installed atop the compartment region, the one or more tabs align with the one or more slots and are received therethrough.
