  • Publication number: 20240141022
Abstract: The present disclosure provides for IL2 engrafted into the CDR sequences of an antibody having preferred therapeutic profiles over molecules known and used in the clinic. In particular, the provided antibody cytokine engrafted protein compositions increase or maintain CD8+ T effector cells while reducing the activity of Treg cells. Additionally, provided compositions convey improved half-life, stability and produceability over recombinant human IL2 formulations such as Proleukin®.

  • Patent number: 11933698
Abstract: A system includes an analysis system at a first location and one or more remote sampling systems at a second location remote from the first location. A sampling system can be configured to receive a remote liquid sample. The system also includes a sample transfer line configured to transport gas from the second location to the first location. The sample transfer line is configured to selectively couple with a remote sampling for supplying a continuous liquid sample segment to the sample transfer line. The system can further include a sample receiving line at the first location. The sample receiving line is configured to selectively couple with the sample transfer line and the analysis system to receive the continuous liquid sample segment and supply the sample to an analysis device.

  • Patent number: 11104870
Abstract: A toilet odor prevention tablet and method for automatic flush activation is described, where the toilet odor prevention tablet includes one or more of a plurality of plant-based oils, glycerine, a solid carrier, and one or more of a plurality of essential oils. The method of use for automatic flush activation includes providing a toilet odor prevention tablet, including all natural ingredients, and depositing the toilet bowl odor prevention tablet directly into a toilet tank, where placement of the tablet results in a film that reduces an odor emitting capacity of human excrement and delivers a fresh layer of odor prevention with every flush of a toilet.

  • Publication number: 20180297159
Abstract: A work holding fixture manufactured out of one single block of metal, usually aluminum. The size of the block may vary according to the size and weight of the workpiece to be held. A dovetail shape cut with female characteristics is machined on the top face of the fixture, the dimension of this dovetail shape cut also vary according to the size of the workpiece. Two more cuts are added to the fixture to make the fixture somewhat flexible. One of these cuts is machined on the center of the fixture and perpendicular to the dovetail shape cut and the other cut parallel to the dovetail shape cut. To hold the workpiece in the work holding fixture: The same size dovetail shape must be machined on one of the faces of the blank. The dovetail shape cut must have the same dimension as the dovetail shape cut on the work holding fixture but have male characteristics. Once the dovetail shape cut is machined the blank slides easily in the work holding fixture. The blank is tightened with 10-32 screws.

  • Patent number: 9181027
Abstract: A trash receptacle securing system is provided and comprises a trash receptacle having an open top and a closed bottom. At least one aperture is formed in the closed bottom of the trash receptacle. A weighted mounting base is provided having a top surface and a bottom surface. At least one nub is formed on the top surface of the weighted mounting base with the nub receivable within the at least one aperture and releasably contactable with the closed bottom of the trash receptacle. A foot release pedal moves the at least one nub in a generally outward direction within the at least one aperture and out of contact with the closed bottom of the trash receptacle. Upon activation of the foot release pedal, the trash receptacle is separable from the weighted mounting base.
