    Abstract: The present invention provides a manufactured aggregate material that converts waste materials and/or recyclable materials into construction material. By mixing waste materials with an acid solution and a metal oxide solution, any harmful contaminates in the waste materials are encapsulated and rendered into hard pellets that are suitable for use in conglomerates or composites such as concrete. The manufactured aggregate material may be adjusted for moisture content, density, heat capacity, and other parameters.
