The applications may be on one server or on several servers, and each application may service one or more e-clients. The system and method securely segregates the data for each e-client. Further, the system can be dynamically reconfigured by adding or deleting new messages and/or applications, without affecting the performance of the unchanged parts of the system. The various applications using the system need not be aware of the existence of the other applications.

Abstract: A data integration system and method collects and stores customer information from disparate information sources in real-time. The stored information can be retrieved and assembled for presentation to a user according to the role and/or security profile of the user. The customer information is presented through a 360° viewer, which is embedded in an application or a browser, or runs as a standalone viewer. A data correlation system and method correlates data records collected from disparate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications using a three-tier approach comprising deterministic correlation, heuristic correlation and historical correlation. The correlation rules are fully configurable and extensible.

Abstract: This invention solves the problem of displaying two images simultaneously in the same screen space, with rapid alteration of the transparency of the foreground image with respect to the background image, without using multiple image planes. This invention creates a single, 8 bit-per-pixel composite image from the foreground and background images. A color look-up table is also created. The color look-up table is a stored data array which indicates the value of each color which can be simultaneously displayed on the screen. By manipulating the color look-up table, the foreground image can be faded in and out rapidly.
