Abstract: A system, method, apparatus, and computer program product for enabling management of a converged infrastructure are disclosed. A method may include determining components of the converged infrastructure whose configurations need to be modified in order to modify the configuration of the converged infrastructure in accordance with a received command to modify the configuration of the converged infrastructure. The method may also include modifying the configuration of each of the determined components to modify the configuration of the converged infrastructure in accordance with the received command.

Abstract: A customer support technique for an electronic system includes operating a computerized apparatus to conduct a video chat with a remote customer support device. During the course of the video chat, the computerized apparatus simultaneously exchanges information pertaining to the electronic system. The computerized apparatus collects diagnostic information from the electronic system, transmits the diagnostic information to the customer support device, and receives remedial information back from the customer support device, all while the video chat continues to proceed without interruption. The improved technique thus provides a near-hands-on support experience from a remote customer support agent regardless of the customer support agent's physical location.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable mediums for template-based provisioning of distributed computing systems are disclosed. In some examples, a method includes selecting a provisioning template from a number of provisioning templates for provisioning management software on a distributed computing system. The method includes deploying containerized management agents onto the distributed computing system according to the provisioning template, which then causes the distributed computing system to execute the containerized management agents on a software container engine executing on the distributed computing system. The method includes configuring the containerized management agents to report to a master management agent.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods for providing remote graphics processing unit (GPU) availability to one or more computing components of a data center. In particular, the present disclosure provides the remote location of one or more GPUs within a computing environment for use by one or more computing devices within the computing environment. Thus, each computing device may utilize the remotely located GPUs to perform the tasks of the computing device associated with a GPU, without the need for the GPU to be located within the computing device itself or within the same rack of the computing device. In this manner, one or more GPUs of a computing environment may provide GPU services to any number of computing devices, even though the GPUs are remote from the computing devices.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable mediums for utilizing geographical location information to manage applications in a computer network system are disclosed. According to one example, a method includes receiving, by a global positioning system (GPS) service entity, a request for geographical location information associated with an infrastructure enclosure device from a location request entity, wherein the location request entity is hosted by the infrastructure enclosure device. The method further includes acquiring, by the GPS service entity, the geographical location information from a location enablement device included in the infrastructure enclosure device and sending, by the GPS service module, the acquired geographical location information to the location request entity, wherein the location request entity enforces a policy based on the acquired geographical location information.
