  • Publication number: 20250355955
Abstract: Examples provide a query intent-aware search retrieval system using generative artificial intelligence (AI) and vector similarity search. A customized profanity filter performs a customized profanity check to maintain search retrieval system integrity and prevent misuse by malicious actors. This safeguard ensures that inappropriate or offensive language is effectively detected and mitigated, contributing to a secure and user-friendly experience. A customized prompt generator provides pertinent recall queries for a specific intent query or scenario. By employing a tailored approach, the system effectively narrows down the search scope, thereby providing relevant results corresponding to multiple intents inherent in the user's query. A multi-use case query classifier determines whether each query is single intent or multi-intent and ascertains the intent behind each query.

  • Publication number: 20220087961
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of treating an autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) with a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I), in particular CLTX-305, wherein the therapeutically effective amount of the compound increases a blood calcium concentration (cCa) to a range of about 7.5 mg/dL to about 10.5 mg/dL, such as about 8.5 mg/dL to about 10.5 mg/dL. Also provided herein is a dosing finding method for treating an autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) with a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I) or CLTX-305 according to one or more dosing regimens.

  • Patent number: 9323766
Abstract: The storage allocation system reduces the amount of storage needed to store data, and also to store the most interesting dynamic data samples (e.g., waveforms). Dynamic data is relevant if it has changed from a previous sample. Changes need to be detected for different machinery conditions. The storage allocation approach normalizes static data to a percentage of danger alarm value that indicates how much the data is changing. The difference of successive percent of danger alarm values provides an instantaneous change value indicating how interesting the data is. To manage how much data is collected; the system maintains an interestingness threshold and stores data samples having an interestingness value above the threshold. The threshold is automatically adjusted if too much/little data is being saved. This approach optimizes the amount and value of data stored and data storage requirements for improved data storage efficiency.

  • Patent number: 8562029
Abstract: A clamp for mounting upon a cylindrical member, such as a sub-sea riser or umbilical, has a set of outer clamp shells shaped to be arranged around the cylindrical member, and preferably adapted to be secured to one another in this configuration, e.g., by means of bolts. Within the structure thus formed are inner clamp members shaped to seat upon the cylindrical member, e.g., through part-circular inner faces. The inner clamp members are biased into engagement with the cylindrical member by means of spring elements pre-stressed upon assembly of the clamp between opposed surfaces of the respective outer clamp shell and inner clamp member. Preferably, the spring elements each act along a circumferential direction.

Abstract: A clamp is disclosed which is for mounting upon a cylindrical member such as a sub-sea riser or umbilical 12. The clamp has a set of outer clamp shells 14 shaped to be arranged around the cylindrical member 12, and preferably adapted to be secured to one another in this configuration e.g. by means of bolts 16. Within the structure thus formed are inner clamp members 24 shaped to seat upon the cylindrical member e.g. through part-circular inner faces. The inner clamp members are biased into engagement with the cylindrical member by means of spring elements 20 pre-stressed upon assembly of the clamp between opposed surfaces of the respective outer clamp shell and inner clamp member. Preferably, the spring elements 20 each act along a circumferential direction.
