Abstract: In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to a method including: receiving, from a user interface, input travel data; providing the input travel data to a machine learning engine as input to the machine learning engine; receiving, as output from the machine learning engine, predictions of travel services, where the predictions of travel services are based on the input travel data; formatting a digital itinerary including the predictions of travel services as line-item recommendations for the user on the digital itinerary; and presenting the digital itinerary to the user via the interface.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to providing ancillary service content based on predicted user location. In some embodiments, travel information associated with a user is analyzed to determine ancillary service content associated with the travel information. In some embodiments, an indication of an unplanned modification in the travel information is received. In some embodiments, updated ancillary service content is determined based on an updated predicted user location indicated by the unplanned modification. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the updated ancillary service content is caused to be transmitted to the user.

Abstract: Methods, systems and computer-readable mediums are provided for facilitating ordering ancillary services while implementing various policies and business rules and providing granular reconciliation of data. Travel information associated with a user is received from a computer reservation system. The method requests ancillary service content based upon the travel information. The ancillary service content is associated with the travel information. The system presents travel information and ancillary service content to the user and receives an ancillary service order from the user based upon the ancillary service content. The user receives confirmation of the service order and travel data is matched and associated enable detailed reconciliation and visibility into services ordered.
