  • Publication number: 20260057779
Abstract: A vehicle is configured to be positioned upstream of traffic relative to a scene to protect personnel responding to the scene. The vehicle includes a collision avoidance and mitigation system configured to alert personnel on the scene of a threat caused by an approaching vehicle and/or alert the driver of the approaching vehicle of the scene. The collision avoidance and mitigation system is configured to determine a threat score based on a past trajectory of a detected vehicle and a number of previously observed trajectories of vehicles approaching the scene. The collision avoidance system can generate a threat score for the detected vehicle and adjust the threat score based on a comparison of the past trajectory to the number of previously observed trajectories. An alert signal is generated responsive to the threat score exceeding a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20260057780
Abstract: A vehicle is configured to be positioned upstream of traffic relative to a scene to protect personnel responding to the scene. The vehicle includes a collision avoidance and mitigation system configured to alert personnel on the scene of a threat caused by an approaching vehicle and/or alert the driver of the approaching vehicle of the scene. The collision avoidance and mitigation system is configured to determine a restricted zone around the vehicle. The restricted zone is determined by detecting scene markers or personnel at the scene or the restricted zone can be entered via a user interface. The restricted zone can be updated as the scene markers are deployed or personnel move around the scene. An alert is generated responsive to a threat score related to the probability of the approaching vehicle entering the restricted zone exceeding a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20230325821
Abstract: The present invention is a system and method for the purchase of a physical athletic jersey and its associated NFT and how it could be implemented in both the physical world and the Metaverse. Within the Metaverse, the consumer's avatar wears the jersey and can attend virtual social events to increase the value and price of the NFT. Once the NFT is developed, it can be sold and licensed. Within the physical world, the NFT can be shown at participating venues for the consumer to receive promotions or discounts. Along with the physical jersey and NFT is a corresponding insurance policy, which ensures that if the player associated with the jersey and NFT is traded or switches teams, the consumer can receive either a new player's jersey on the same team or the original player's jersey on the new team.
