Abstract: A method includes receiving, using a first GUI, information associated with at least one RFX to be generated and provided to one or more suppliers. The method also includes identifying at least one acquisition scenario associated with the RFX(s) based on the received information. The method further includes generating the RFX(s) based on the received information and the acquisition scenario(s), where each RFX includes multiple elements. The method also includes receiving one or more RFX responses from the supplier(s), where the one or more RFX responses include the supplier(s)' responses to the elements of the RFX(s). In addition, the method includes presenting a second GUI that identifies at least one of the supplier(s)' responses to at least some of the elements of the RFX(s). Different indicators in the second GUI identify different elements of the RFX(s) that have been accepted and not accepted by the at least one supplier.
