    Abstract: The present invention is a longitudinally reinforced wave-riding board comprising an elongated body having an elliptically shaped deck surface for supporting a surfer. The deck comprises a recessed area with a longitudinal ridge that segments the recessed area into two substantially equal recessed sections. A fin extends downwardly from a bottom surface of the wave-riding board, and one or more longitudinal stringers strengthen the structure of the board.
