At least one balloon is disposed in the inflation section and is offset from the central longitudinal axis of the catheter shaft. The length of the balloon in an actuated state is greater than the length of the balloon in a non-actuated state while the width of the balloon remains substantially the same in an actuated state and a non-actuated state.
